Solution: They came to Rattan Consulting for help with identifying the problems and surrounding the security breach. Rattan Consulting identified several areas that were in need of improvement. Not only was security in need of revision, the network infrastructure needed improvement. The business model required the customer to keep their information on-premises. We presented a cost-conscious solution and with our guidance, they selectively replaced equipment, servers, and controllers that closed the gaps, protected their membership information, and allowed them to grow beyond where they were. They added monitoring software and managed services that gave a real-time analytical capability to identify threats. Those threats could now be properly isolated before they gained access and control of the system.
