This is where we put pictures of our crew, happily working with our clients, fixing servers, plugging away at code, or pointing at computer screens.  The problem is, none of our crew wanted their pictures taken (go figure). Some for security reasons (facial recognition and all), some are on assignment, and some are simply shy. Lucky for them, having a photo on our website is not necessary to work here. What is necessary is a positive attitude, a desire to contribute ideas and solutions, a willingness to grow professionally and acquire new certifications, and most importantly, an ethical foundation of honesty and integrity.

Consultant work involves patience and agility to handle multiple projects and multiple personalities at a time. Our crew typically doesn’t have an office of their own because they’re working at a customer’s office. With that being said, we do provide a shared workspace within our office (lovingly referred to as the bullpen) where they can work between assignments or during downtime. Our crews’ work hours revolve around the client’s hours which tend to be during the normal work hours. Travel is kept to a minimum but occasionally training will require a trip or two.  We’ll be the first to say, it’s not for everyone. But for those who join our team, rest assured we’ll put all we can into ensuring we both benefit from your employment.
